Through non-judgmental listening, The Connection Helpline volunteers empathetically listen to you, help you identify problems, explore beneficial options, and refer you to the community resources that will provide the best support.
 The Connection Helpline volunteers are trained to help people hurting and struggling through life with many types of problems such as:
